YourAlly's Automotive package entitles you to a higher level of peace of mind. Why? Because YourAlly is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with coverage in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
One simple phone call to YourAlly promptly dispatches help. An empty gas tank, flat tire, lost keys or a collision can cause great inconvenience and loss of time. Roadside Assistance will quickly get you back on the road. As a YourAlly member you can even be delivered to your destination (within 150 miles) if your vehicle is unable to continue. Your membership affords you these and many other conveniences whether you're on a business trip, at home, or on vacation.
Whether you're in your car or not, you can get directions, find area businesses, locate restaurants and hotels, or have a phone number looked up for you when you have a YourAlly membership. Put YourAlly's phone number in your speed-dial and you'll have quick access to these and all the other features of your Automotive Membership package.
Overview of Package Benefits
Vehicle Won't Start
If your car won't start, service is available to provide a battery jump and/or minor roadside adjustments to start the car even when it's in your own driveway.
Flat Tire
A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If, for any reason, the spare is not usable or the flat tire cannot be removed, towing will be provided according to the guidelines in the agreement with YourAlly.
Locked Out
YourAlly will make arrangements for a locksmith or other professional service to unlock your vehicle. If our contracted service is unavailable in your area, YourAlly will issue you an authorization number so that you can make arrangements with the nearest locksmith or related service and be reimbursed for the cost.
Out of Fuel
An emergency fuel or water supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need at no additional cost. (Conditions apply to excessive calls for fuel. See YourAlly guidelines for details).
Dead Battery
YourAlly will dispatch a technician to jump start your vehicle. If your vehicle cannot be started, tow service will be provided.
Towing Service
If your vehicle will not start, towing from the point of disablement will be provided by the dispatch network to the destination of your choice within the plan limitations of 150 miles. Any expenses incurred beyond the limits of the membership agreement will be your responsibility and are not reimbursable. In either case, service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement.
Convenience transportation
You and your passengers will be provided with transportation to your destination within 150 miles from your disablement.

As mentioned above, our concierge type service known as Live Personal Assistant is a handy way to get general information quickly. For instance, if you are having difficulty locating a service call, a certain destination, or a phone number, you can rely on YourAlly to assist. You will not be held up by a recording or automated system. You will have direct access to a Live Personal Assistant when contacting YourAlly.
