As with anything in life, things can be confusing until you fully understand them. We’ve tried our best to explain the details of a YourAlly Membership and the various packages that are available.

Q- How does this compare to my present roadside program?
A-Where most roadside programs stop YourAlly keeps going……up to 150 miles. If you breakdown we will tow your vehicle to a repair shop of your choice and take you to your destination up to 150 mile total. We will also bring you fuel.
Q- What if I’m out in a remote area and need assistance?
A-We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year……just a phone call away. If you can reach us by phone we will help you.
Q-Is there any additional charge for 411 or directory service calls?
A-No! All 411 calls and directory service calls are free of charge and included with YourAlly membership.
Q- Is there a limit on how many calls I can make to YourAlly per day?
A-No
Q-Can I get information from Live Personal Assistant in languages other than English?
A-Yes, our American based call centers are equipped to handle several languages.
Q- Can I purchase tickets through YourAlly, or does YourAlly just give info on what’s available and where to purchase?
A-Yes, you purchase tickets through YourAlly. If you need help, we can also guide you to the best possible deals and arrange for purchase of the tickets for you.
Q-How many discount tickets can I purchase at one time? Can I purchase tickets for my friends?
A-Each program package is unique and subject to what is available…..we will always strive to fulfill your request.
Q- Do I get a membership card and information about how to use the service?
A-Yes, you will get a Welcome Kit, including a brochure explaining benefits and how to use our services along with a membership card.
Q-What if I buy the membership and decide I’m not satisfied, can I get a refund?
A-We will give you all the services with the program package you choose, if you want to discontinue the program simply cancel your membership. There are no refunds for cancellation.
Q-After I purchase the YourAlly membership; can I use it right away?
A-Yes you can use the services immediately.
Q-Will this service cover my entire family? Is there a family discount?
A-Each family member must purchase their own package, however there are significant discounts for multiple family memberships.
Q-Is there an age limit?
A-No
Q-How long is membership good for? How is it renewed?
A-Your membership is good for as long as you pay for the monthly or annual renewal. You may renew your membership online.
Q-Can I pay monthly?
A-Coming soon
Q-What if I change or trade my vehicle?
A-Roadside…..the account is tied to both you and your vehicle; you may transfer benefits to your new vehicle.
Q-Can I transfer my membership to another person?
A-No, they must purchase their own program package.
Q-If I’m in an accident, will Live Personal Assistant stay on the line until helps arrives?
A-We will strive to the best of our abilities to stay on the line with you, and work hard to get the appropriate help to you as soon as possible.
Q- Will Live Personal Assistant give me directions on the initial phone call, or will they call me back?
A-We will try to assist you on the initial phone call, however if we need to some research, we will call you back as soon as possible and even follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied with our suggestions.
Q-Can I use this service from any phone?
A-Yes, that’s the beauty of our service; you may call us from any phone anywhere.
