With YourAlly's number programmed into your speed dial, assistance is seconds away. You can get directions, find area businesses, locate any destination, or have our Live Personal Assistant look up a phone number for you whether you're in your vehicle or not.
If you have lost your keys, run out of gas or have a flat tire, YourAlly will quickly provide assistance to get you back on the road and more importantly, back to work.
Overview of Package Benefits
Vehicle Won't Start
If one of your vehicles won't start, service is available to provide a battery jump and minor roadside adjustments to start the vehicle even on your own property.
Flat Tire
A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If, for any reason, the spare is not usable or the flat tire cannot be removed, towing will be provided according to the guidelines in the agreement with YourAlly.
Locked Out
YourAlly will make arrangements for locksmith service. If our contracted service in the area in which your fleet vehicle is located is unavailable, YourAlly will issue you an authorization number so that you can arrange assistance from the nearest locksmith or related service and be reimbursed for the cost..
Out of Fuel
An emergency fuel or water supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need at no additional cost. (Terms and conditions apply to quantity of and frequency of calls for fuel. See YourAlly guidelines for details.).
Dead Battery
YourAlly will dispatch a technician to jump start your vehicle. If your vehicle cannot be started, tow service will be provided.
Towing Service
If your vehicle will not start, towing from the point of disablement will be provided by the dispatch network to the destination of your choice within the plan limitations of 150 miles from the point of disablement. Any expenses incurred beyond the limits of your membership will be your responsibility, payable directly to the service facility being used, and are not reimbursable. In either case, service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement..
Convenience transportation
You and your passengers will be provided with transportation to your destination within 150 miles from your disablement.
