YourAlly Emergency Roadside Assistance
When you join the YourAlly membership program you’ll get a lot more than just a roadside service program, you’ll get “Peace of Mind” that travels with you everywhere.
Whether traveling across country or across town, when the unexpected happens, you are not alone. One phone call to YourAlly, and help is on the way in a matter of minutes. Essential emergency roadside services include: towing, tire change, jump starts, fuel or water delivery, and lockout service. In addition, individual, family and business members can also enjoy other valuable travel services and products.

YourAlly’s membership provides auto club services. You can call the Emergency Roadside Assistance number 24 hrs a day 7 days a week to request “Dispatch” service and we’ll arrange to send help to your disabled vehicle from a participating facility. As a YourAlly member, you are not expected to cover the cost of towing or locksmith services. YourAlly service takes care of it for you.
YourAlly has enlisted a network of independent service providers across the country to assist our members. The following are covered benefits YourAlly provides:
Vehicle Won’t Start
If your car won’t start, service is available to provide a battery jump and minor roadside adjustments to start the car, even in your own driveway.
Flat Tire
A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If, for any reason, the spare is not usable, the lug nuts cannot be removed or the vehicle has two flat tires with one usable spare, towing will be in accordance with YourAlly guidelines.
Lock Out
YourAlly services will make arrangements for locksmith services. If service in unavailable in your area, YourAlly services will provide you an authorization number so you can call the nearest locksmith and be reimbursed for the cost.
Out Of Fuel
An emergency fuel or water supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need at no additional cost (terms and conditions apply to quantity of calls for fuel. Please refer to YourAlly guidelines for details.)
Dead Battery
YourAlly will dispatch a technician to jump start your vehicle. If your vehicle won’t start, tow service will be provided.
Towing Service
If your vehicle won’t start, towing from the point of disablement will be provided by the dispatch network to the destination of the member’s choice within plan limitations. Towing will be limited to 150 miles from the point of disablement. Any expenses incurred beyond the limits of your membership will be the responsibility of the member, payable directly to the service facility, and are reimbursable. In either case, service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement.
Convenience Transportation
You will be provided with transportation to your destination up to the balance of your 150 Tow Service miles.
Dispatch Service
YourAlly provides Emergency Roadside Assistance through independent contractors for the convenience of YourAlly members. The assistance number can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. *YourAlly Services will arrange to dispatch a service vehicle for members in good standing and within individual plan limits.
** Limits of Services
Emergency Roadside Assistance is intended to assist members whose vehicles are disabled by providing an emergency dispatch service. This service may not be used as a substitute for regular maintenance necessary to keep the vehicle in good working condition. Excessive or fraudulent claims may result in non-renewal or cancellation of your current membership.
YourAlly will contact the nearest participating towing facility and relay the estimated time of arrival back to you.
