Roadside Assistance will quickly get that tire changed; battery jumped, and gets you on to your destination.

With YourAlly's number programmed into your speed dial, assistance is seconds away. You can get directions, find area businesses, locate restaurants and hotels, or have our Live Personal Assistant look up a phone number free of charge whether you're in your vehicle or not.

In today's fast paced world, most of us are on the go, and move through our busy day without interruption. However, if you've lost your keys or find yourself with an empty gas tank or a flat tire, it can be very frustrating, when this happens, YourAlly will quickly provide assistance to get you back on the road and give you peace of mind.

Overview of Package Benefits

Vehicle Won't Start

If your car won't start, service is available to provide a battery jump and/or minor roadside adjustments to start the car even when it's in your own driveway.

Flat Tire

A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If, for any reason, the spare is not usable or the flat tire cannot be removed, towing will be provided according to the guidelines in the agreement with YourAlly.

Locked Out

YourAlly will make arrangements for a locksmith or other professional service to unlock your vehicle. If our contracted service is unavailable in your area, YourAlly will issue you an authorization number so that you can make arrangements with the nearest locksmith or related service and be reimbursed for the cost.

Out of Fuel

An emergency fuel or water supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need at no additional cost. (Conditions apply to excessive calls for fuel. See YourAlly guidelines for details).

Dead Battery

YourAlly will dispatch a technician to jump start your vehicle. If your vehicle cannot be started, tow service will be provided.

Towing Service

If your vehicle will not start, towing from the point of disablement will be provided by the dispatch network to the destination of the member's choice within plan limitations. Towing will be limited to 150 miles from the point of disablement. Any expenses incurred beyond the limits of your membership will be your responsibility as the member requesting the service, payable directly to the service facility, and is not reimbursable. In either case, service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement.

Convenience Transportation

You and your passengers will be provided with transportation to your destination within 150 miles from your disablement.
