With YourAlly at your side, you can roam worry free.

Whether you are walking or driving, at home or on vacation, you're covered in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. YourAlly is only a phone call away and knowing you always have someone to rely on is a very comforting thought.

With YourAlly's number programmed into your speed dial, you can talk to a real live person immediately, no complicated phone tree or automated answering machine. You can get directions, find area businesses, locate restaurants and hotels, or have Live Personal Assistance look up a phone number for you free of charge, whether you're in your vehicle or not.

In today's fast paced world, most of us are on the go with the hope of moving through our busy day without interruptions. However, if you've lost your keys or find yourself with an empty gas tank or a flat tire, YourAlly will quickly provide assistance to get you back on the road. One simple phone call will get you all the assistance you need.

Overview of Package Benefits

Vehicle Won't Start

If your car won't start, service is available to provide a battery jump and/or minor roadside adjustments to start the car even when it's in your own driveway.

Flat Tire

A flat tire will be changed with your spare tire. If, for any reason, the spare is not usable or the flat tire cannot be removed, towing will be provided according to the guidelines in the agreement with YourAlly.

Locked Out

YourAlly will make arrangements for a locksmith or other professional service to unlock your vehicle. If our contracted service is unavailable in your area, YourAlly will issue you an authorization number so that you can make arrangements with the nearest locksmith or related service and be reimbursed for the cost.

Out of Fuel

An emergency fuel or water supply will be delivered to a member in immediate need at no additional cost (conditions apply to excessive calls for fuel. See YourAlly guidelines for details).

Dead Battery

YourAlly will dispatch a technician to jump start your vehicle. If your vehicle will not start, tow service will be provided.

Towing Service

If your vehicle will not start, towing from the point of disablement will be provided by the dispatch network to the destination of your choice within the plan limitations of 150 miles. Any expenses incurred beyond the limits of the membership agreement will be your responsibility and are not reimbursable. In either case, service is limited to one tow or service call per disablement.

Convenience Transportation

You and your passengers will be provided with transportation to your destination within 150 miles from your disablement.
